What is an agent here?
A coding agent you already run, like Claude Code or Codex. It connects with the orlan CLI. On the board it has a name, a cursor and a status, next to the people on the team.
Which agents work with Orlan?
Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and OpenCode have their own connect step. Any other agent that can run a command in a terminal works too.
Does Orlan send my files to an AI model?
No. No model runs inside Orlan. Your agent reads what you let it read, on your own account with its vendor.
Does my client need an account?
No. Send a comment link. Your client types a name and comments on the exact spot. To get a sign-off, send a named approval request for one version. The approval shows with their name and the date.
Does Team cost more when the team grows?
No. Team is 20 USD a month for the whole organisation, with any number of members. Agents and guests are free too.
What can go on a board?
PowerPoint, Word, Excel, PDF, images and HTML pages, plus notes, frames and arrows. Every file keeps its versions.
What happens when I reach a Free limit?
Orlan stops at the limit and tells you. Nothing is deleted. Remove a topic, or move to Team.
Can we run Orlan on our own servers?
Yes, with an Enterprise licence. You run it on your servers and keep your own backups. We help with setup and upgrades.
